GPS Mapping & GIS






Utilizing the latest development in surveying technology, Hill's Survey & Mapping has been using GPS receivers in performing its daily task. First of such company to introduce this technology in the Federation.

We created for the Nevis Island Administration its GIS Land Tax Map in 2008. We can map your lot on Google Map and provide a location map.



Topographic & Site Surveys





Topographic and Site surveys are essential for Planners, Designers, Building and Landscape Architects or to have an As-Built Survey after the completion of construction and development. Hill's Survey & Mapping is equipped to perform such tasks.

Using the Topcon PS103 Robotic Total Station you are guaranteed that your buildings and other infrastucture are staked out to high levels of accuracy.



Real Property Report



​To avoid delays and problems during and after a Real Estate Transaction a Land Surveyor's Real Property Report (RPR) is essential. An RPR of your property will reveal, if any exist, boundary discrepancies, encroachments and ensures that Planning Guidelines were adhered to.
